Basadur Applied Creativity

Basadur Applied Creativity is rapidly expanding its presence in North America, as well as through its global network. We seek qualified candidates who desire to build successful Simplex System consultancies or to augment their current consulting practice with Simplex. Basadur Applied Creativity colleagues and consultants are independent consultants licensed to facilitate, train and consult in the Simplex System. Below are the qualifications of successful BAC consultants:

MBA, M.S. or PhD. in business, OD, industrial psychology or engineering.
Familiarity with the Simplex System (certified facilitator and/or trainer).
Familiarity with the fields of organizational change, innovation, creative problem solving and/or team-based problem solving.
5 or more years of managerial experience in an organization.
Facilitator and/or trainer experience.
Project/team leader experience.
Sales and/or marketing experience.
Consulting experience.
Entrepreneurial experience.
