Gene Recker is a Senior Consultant with Basadur Applied Creativity and . Manager of Education & Entrepreneurial Support at the University of Southern Indiana. He has 20 years experience working with the Simplex System in organizations. Gene’s experience is complemented by an M.B.A. with a concentration in Organizational Development.
He also works with organizations to develop these thinking skills internally via training of individual contributors, facilitators, managers and executives.
As a General Manager of two business units, he championed the successful introduction and use of Simplex Creative Problem Solving within his business units; leading to the introduction of these skills to the broader 9,000 member organization. As a consultant, Gene regularly facilitates a variety of events and also works with organizations to develop these thinking and problem solving skills internally via training of individual contributors, facilitators, managers and executives.
His current focus is integrating this methodology into strategic planning, technology transfer, commercialization opportunities, and his organizational development work with organizations to get significant business results for his clients. |
