Janet Getto is a Senior Simplex Consultant with Basadur Applied
Creativity. She has over 15 years of successful experience helping
organizations achieve their goals by integrating the Simplex System.
Janet works closely with her clients to solve problems that are
important to them and find emerging opportunities for growth. She
helps to clearly define their organizational goals then develops the
process skills and business structure that get positive results. Janet
is relied upon as a facilitator, trainer and coach for executives,
teams and shop floor employees alike.
Previously, Janet held various management positions within Frito Lay,
Inc.
She worked in manufacturing plants in the Northeast and helped apply
the Simplex System to a successful productivity improvement program
that has been credited with generating over $500 million in cost
savings. Janet also worked in the coal mining industry where her work
focused on health and safety training materials for underground coal
miners, including the worldwide distribution of mine rescue training
materials. Additionally, Janet’s consulting work has led her to
applying her expertise with a variety of organizations from
technology, manufacturing, distribution, service and not-for-profit.
Janet’s experience is complimented by a Master of Science in
Industrial Relations. She lives near Pittsburgh, PA and works with
clients throughout North America.
