Larry Crase, is a Senior Simplex Consultant of Basadur Applied Creativity and has been associated with the Center for Research in Applied Creativity for over 10 years. His practice provides a range of facilitation services using the Simplex Creative Problem Solving process. Facilitating group and client sessions include:
- Customer Dialogue (customer and market needing definition)
- Strategic Thinking and Planning
- Process Design and documentation
- Product and Service Design
- Creative Problem Solving
- Project facilitation
- Training and coaching people on facilitation using the Simplex Process
In addition, he develops customized multi media computer based
training and communication packages used to support the rollout of
organizational change initiatives that are often identified during
the facilitation events.
Over the last 30 years with Texaco Canada, Imperial Oil and then
in his own practice, Larry has been exposed to a variety of
business functions with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Customer
Support and Information Systems. There has been particular
emphasis placed on the introduction of new technology, processes
and products into the workplace and marketplace.
Larry holds a Masters of Business Administration from York
University completed in 1982 with majors in Finance, Cost
Accounting and Marketing. In addition, he is a member of the
Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and has a
Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the
University of Toronto. |
