Pam Pringle has been
and has been associated with Basadur Applied Creativity for ten
years. She is experienced in providing training in Simplex
and also offers a range of facilitation services. Pam first
encountered the power of Simplex in 1991 through a course with Dr
Min Basadur during her MBA at McMaster University, Ontario,
Canada. She majored in Organizational Behavior and began teaching
in the Michael G DeGroote School of Business at McMaster in 1993.
She has worked closely with Dr Basadur, both at the University and
in the Center, providing training and facilitation services in
Simplex.
She has co-authored
several research articles with Dr Basadur. She moved to Hampton,
Virginia in 1999 and is a faculty member in the School of Business
of Christopher Newport University. She also provides training in
Simplex to MBA students at Old Dominion University and to local
business managers through ODU’s new Certificate Program. Her
consulting practice includes both military and private sector
companies. |
