Ideally suited for facilitators hoping to expose their team members to Simplexity Thinking, We have just launched our first ever Level I e-workshop.  The course is divided into three main lessons which include an overview of the Simplexity Thinking System including the Basadur Profile, a walkthrough each of the 8-steps of the Simplexity Thinking Process and how to apply these learnings with an actual problem.

The goal of the partnership is granting attendees a Certificate in Creative Problem Solving and Innovative Thinking.

The program is designed specifically for CGAs to support them in linking the process of creative problem solving with the skills and tools to make that process work. Provided in partnership with McMaster University Executive Education, Degroote School of Business, and Basadur Applied Creativity, CGA Ontario is pleased to offer to members and industry an in-depth two-day Certificate program. This exciting new program will support professionals in identifying and emphasizing opportunities for discovering improvements in processes, products, teamwork, and the implementation of innovative solutions to everyday problems.
