Basadur colleagues are independent consultants licensed to facilitate, train and consult in the Simplexity Thinking System. Below are the qualifications of successful BAC consultants:
- MBA, M.S. or PhD. in business, OD, industrial psychology or engineering.
- Familiarity with the Simplexity Thinking System (certified facilitator and/or trainer).
- Familiarity with the fields of organizational change, innovation, creative problem solving and/or team-based problem solving.
- 5 or more years of managerial experience in an organization.
- Facilitator and/or trainer experience.
- Project/team leader experience.
- Sales and/or marketing experience.
- Consulting experience.
- Entrepreneurial experience.
