Pam Pringle has been and has been associated with Basadur Applied Creativity for ten years. She is experienced in providing training in Simplexity Thinking and also offers a range of facilitation services. Pam first encountered the power of Simplexity Thinking in 1991 through a course with Dr Min Basadur during her MBA at McMaster University, Ontario, Canada. She majored in Organizational Behavior and began teaching in the Michael G DeGroote School of Business at McMaster in 1993. She has worked closely with Dr Basadur, both at the University and in the Center, providing training and facilitation services in Simplexity Thinking.
 
She has co-authored several research articles with Dr Basadur. She moved to Hampton, Virginia in 1999 and is Assistant Director of the Luter School of Business at Christopher Newport University. She also provides training in Simplexity Thinking to MBA students at Old Dominion University and to local business managers through ODU’s new Certificate Program. Her consulting practice includes both military and private sector companies.
