Simplex E-Learning consists of participating in a three week on-line
coaching program during which each participant applies the Simplex
system to successfully solve and implement two work related problems
on the job. Each participant will be provided with our proprietary
software package, called the "One Hour Problem Solver", the book called
the "Flight to Creativity", user identification and
password to access the web-based Simplex E-learning environment. The
participant also will receive continual coaching and feedback via
an online discussion group. No pre-requisite.
