Level III: Integrating Applied Creativity
Deepen your skills in using Simplex to permanently change how you and others think and behave on a daily basis. Supporting and inducing new innovative skills is a critical role for thought leaders at every level. This five day intensive learning experience combines exposure to the research behind the Simplex system, hands-on experience in coaching, modeling, and instructing others in the Simplex skills, skill-building in innovation process facilitation, and planning strategy for implementing Simplex in "back homework teams and whole organizations. Graduates of Level III are eligible for para-training toward Trainer Certification.
Pre-requisites: Level I and II and substantial progress toward Simplex Facilitator Certification.

| Directions to Radisson Hotel: |
From Tampa International Airport:
- Follow signs out of airport to I-275 South. Stay on I-275 South all the way through St. Petersburg, over the Skyway Bridge, toward Bradenton, until I-275 merges with I-75. Follow I-75 South to Exit 39 (S.R. 780/Fruitville Road).
- Go West on Fruitville Road approximately 7-8 miles until it dead ends at US41/Tamiami Trail.
- Turn left on US41 and Right on Gulfstream Avenue. Gulfstream Avenue will lead you over the John Ringling Causeway to St. Armand's Key/Lido Key.
- As you pass through St. Armand's Circle, follow signs for Lido Beach. The Radisson is the first hotel on the right, just past the public beach.
From Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport:
- Upon departure from the airport, follow signs to US41 South. Go left on US41 for approximately 4 miles to Gulfstream Avenue.
- Gulfstream Avenue will lead you over the John Ringling Causeway to St. Armand's Key/Lido Key.
- As you pass through St. Armand's Circle, follow signs for Lido Beach. The Radisson is the first hotel on the right, just past the public beach.
