Simplexity Thinking: Teaching Applied Creativity Workshop (Level 4)

February 4, 2019 @ 8:00 am - February 7, 2019 @ 5:00 pm

This teaching applied creativity workshop is open to anyone who has already experienced a Simplexity Level I & II workshop for leading teams in problem solving or a graduate of Level III and now wants to advance their skill level to running successful training workshops publicly or within their organization. Deepen your skills in using or build a business with Simplexity Thinking to teach others to permanently change how they think and behave on a daily basis. Supporting and inducing new innovative skills is a critical role for thought leaders at every level. This workshop is an intensive learning experience that combines exposure to the research behind the Simplexity Thinking system, hands-on experience in teaching, coaching, and instructing others in the Simplexity Thinking skills, the innovation process, and planning strategy for implementing Simplexity Thinking in “back home” work teams and whole organizations.

Why Attend?

This is a great opportunity to become a certified Simplexity trainer in your geographic area or in your organization.  We provide assistance in marketing your workshops through our Basadur Applied Creativity website, newsletters, direct marketing emails and social media outlets.

You get hands-on experience in training Simplexity skills and knowledge to others. Understanding of Simplexity Thinking as a combination of a process and the skills, tools, and style that make the process work is deepened.  Upon the completion of this workshop, you will learn the skills and be certified to train people in the Basadur profile and conduct:

  • Half-day ‘Exploring Simplexity Thinking’ workshop
  • Full-day ‘Introducing Simplexity Thinking’ workshop

When can I be certified to teach people in the Level I process?
You will also be ready to run a two-day Level I: Using Applied Creativity workshop. We expect you to require some assistance for the first few of these workshops you put on.  Our team at BAC will participate as para-trainers as you further build your skills to run them completely on your own.  Our expectation is that you will need to run 2-3 workshops with a para-trainer to be fully prepared.

When can I be certified to teach people Level II to facilitate?
This is also the first step in learning how to teach people Level II Simplexity workshops – certification to teach Level II is achieved after you have run 3-5 Level I style workshops on your own.

Online Resources
Each participant will also be equipped with a special set of online resources and visual slides to present and enable successful delivery of a Simplexity workshop. In addition, participants will automatically be given a master account at Simplexity U that can be used as a training resource for any future workshops you run.
