Workshop one: Exploring Simplexity


(23rd of June)


Workshop one is both a mind awakening experience as well as a learning/skills development workshop. Exploring the language of innovation involves learning individual and group innovation skills at a team level, both tools and behaviours). This workshop will help teams innovate and work together in a more inclusive way, faster and more effectively.


Participants experience the art and science of creative problem-solving and learn about their individual styles. Like all Basadur workshops, this session is very interactive and designed around the concept of learning by doing. The skills learned are general skills in innovation processes. Participants are able to apply these skills to any problem or challenge throughout the life of the project and beyond.


Timing: 23rd of June, 9 am to 5 pm


Cost to attend: £495 + VAT (includes breakfast, two-course lunch and drinks and snacks throughout the day)


Workshop two: Understanding the Innovation-Transformation Process


(24th of June)


Building on the logic of Workshop One the purpose of Workshop Two is to increase your understanding of innovation/strategic problem solving/transformation process and to build your skills in using it in your day-to-day work. Emphasising the importance of discovering opportunities for improvement in products, processes, teamwork, and implementation of innovative solutions to real challenges these skills are applicable to all aspects of the innovation spectrum. Applied, these skills increase the ongoing productivity of work groups and cross-functional teams by synchronising the knowledge, imagination, judgment and evaluation skills within a proactive problem-solving framework.


Prerequisite: Workshop One.


Timing: 24th of June, 9 am to 5 pm


Cost for Workshop One and Two: £1200 + VAT (includes breakfast, two-course lunch and drinks and snacks throughout the day)


Workshop three: Innovation-Transformation Leadership Skills


(25th of June)


The purpose of Workshop Three is to further increase the depth of your innovation process-related skills. You will learn to lead small groups, teams and individuals through the innovative thinking/strategic problem-solving process. In increasing demand, such skills are applicable to all kinds of strategic and organisational problem-solving.


Prerequisite: Workshops One and Two.


Timing: 25th of June, 9 am to 5 pm


Cost to attend all 3 days: £1900 + VAT (includes breakfast, two-course lunch and drinks and snacks throughout the day)
